Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF), and Know Your Customer (KYC) Policy

1. General Provisions

1.1. The lampabit.com service operates in accordance with international standards for Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF), and Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance.

1.2. The purpose of this policy is to ensure transaction security, prevent illicit financial activity, and protect the legitimate interests of both clients and the service.

1.3. Use of the service implies the client’s full agreement with the terms of this policy.

2. AML/CTF Transaction Screening

2.1. All transactions conducted via the service are subject to automated monitoring for indicators of suspicious activity.

2.2. If a transaction is determined to carry an elevated risk (risk score above 70%), it may be suspended pending further investigation.

2.3. Risk indicators include, but are not limited to: use of addresses or assets previously linked to illegal activities, repeated behaviors consistent with money laundering schemes, frequent refund requests without valid justification.

3. Know Your Customer (KYC) Procedure

3.1. The service reserves the right to request client identity verification (KYC) in the following situations: if a transaction is suspended as a result of AML/CTF analysis; in cases of suspected rule circumvention; upon request from law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

3.2. For verification, the client is required to provide: a photo/scan of the front and back of a valid ID document (passport, driver’s license, or other national ID), a recent proof of address (issued no more than 3 months prior and containing full name and address, e.g., utility bill, bank statement), if necessary, a photo of a bank card (showing only the last 4 digits) placed against the service’s website, source of funds (upon request).

3.3. Submission of forged documents, use of third-party data, or refusal to complete verification will result in the suspension of all operations.

4. Refund Policy

4.1. Refunds are only processed after a full security check has been successfully completed.

4.2. A fee of up to 5% of the transaction amount may be withheld to cover associated costs.

4.3. Refund processing time is up to 7 calendar days following the completion of the review.

4.4. Refunds are not available if the user has refused to complete KYC or failed to provide accurate information.

5. Confidentiality

5.1. All data obtained during KYC and AML/CTF checks is stored in encrypted form and is not shared with third parties, except where required by law.

5.2. In the event of an official request from government agencies or payment systems, the service reserves the right to provide the requested information in accordance with applicable regulations.

6. Additional Provisions

6.1. Users are obliged to keep their information up to date and cooperate with the administration during verification procedures.

6.2. The service administration reserves the right to deny service to individuals previously found to be engaged in illegal activity or listed in AML/CTF blacklists.
