1. General Provisions

1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") defines the terms and conditions for the provision of services by the online platform lampabit, located at https://lampabit.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"), and governs the legal relationship between the Service and the User.

1.2. The Service is an online platform that facilitates the exchange of electronic currencies based on User-submitted requests placed on the website.

1.3. A User is a legally capable individual aged 18 or older who intends to use the services of the Service, including through the submission of a Request.

1.4. This Agreement constitutes a public offer. The User’s submission of a Request through the website interface shall be deemed as acceptance of the offer.

1.5. This Agreement is terminated upon the fulfillment or cancellation of the Request.

1.6. If the User does not agree with the terms of this Agreement, they must immediately cease using the Service.

2. Terms and Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the following meanings:

Service —an online platform operating under the lampabit trademark that provides electronic currency exchange services.

Payment System — a third-party software solution that facilitates electronic payments and settlements.

Payment/Transaction — the transfer of electronic or other currency from the sender to the recipient.

Electronic Currency — monetary or other obligations between the issuer of the currency and its user, expressed in digital form.

Request— a User-initiated intent to use the Service, expressed by completing the electronic form on the website.

Exchange Rate — the rate set by the Service for the exchange of two currencies.

Reserve — the volume of electronic currency available to the Service at the time the Request is submitted.

3. Subject of the Agreement

3.1. The Service provides the User with electronic currency exchange services in accordance with this Agreement and based on the submitted Request.

3.2. The Service does not provide goods purchasing/selling services and does not act as an intermediary in third-party settlements.

4. Service Provision Procedures

4.1. Electronic currency exchange services are requested via a User-submitted Request on the Service website.

4.2. The User can manage the exchange process and monitor Request status through the Service interface.

4.3. Processing of the transaction begins only after the User’s funds are received. If funds are not received within 60 minutes, the Request is automatically canceled without further notice.

4.4. A transaction is considered complete after the funds are transferred to the account details provided by the User.

4.5. The User may not cancel a transaction once started or claim a refund for funds submitted for exchange in accordance with payment system rules.

4.6. The Service is not a party to the contractual relationship between the payment system and its client and bears no responsibility for their actions.

4.7. If the received amount differs from the stated amount, the Service may suspend the transaction. Upon User request, recalculation and payout may be made at the exchange rate effective at the time of the Request.

4.8. If invalid or blocked account details are provided, the transaction is suspended. The User may update the details or request a refund.

4.9. If the payment details are altered or funds are sent from a third-party account, the transaction may be blocked. Refunds are only possible upon User request.

4.10. If the User refuses the exchange after payment, a refund may be issued minus any associated costs. The Service is not liable for delays caused by third-party factors.

4.11. The Service may engage third parties to fulfill its obligations.

4.12. The Service may cancel any ongoing transaction and refund the User without providing a reason.

4.13. Violation of the Agreement may result in restrictions on future use of the Service.

4.14. The Service may request proof of payment: receipt, screenshot, TXID, or other transaction details.

4.15. The Service does not require the sender and recipient to be the same individual and does not mediate their relationship.

4.16. The Service does not verify the legal ownership of exchanged funds.

4.17. If confirmation of a cryptocurrency transaction is delayed by more than 24 hours, the Service may recalculate the Request at the current rate or refund the funds minus a fee.

4.18. Exchange rates are independently set by the Service and published on the official website.

4.19. In the event of suspected fraud or risk, the transaction may be paused and funds temporarily withheld.

4.20. Services are available only to legally capable individuals aged 18 or older. The User confirms compliance with this requirement when submitting a Request.

4.21. All operations are performed within the bounds of technical availability and legal compliance.

5. Service Fees

5.1. Fees for services are set by the Administration and published on the official website. Users must review applicable rates before using the Service.

5.2. The Service may unilaterally change exchange rates. All changes take effect upon publication. Continued use implies acceptance.

5.3. When submitting a Request, the User is provided with full details of the transaction, including:

Applicable exchange rate

Fees imposed by the Payment System

Final amount to be received

Submitting a Request implies acceptance of these terms.

5.4. The Service’s fee is deducted during the transaction and is part of the Request settlement. By submitting a Request, the User agrees to this arrangement.

6. Liability of the Parties

6.1. User Obligations

6.1.1. Provide accurate and up-to-date information, including payment details, necessary for timely and correct transaction execution.

6.1.2. Ensure receipt of notifications, maintain a valid email address, stable internet connection, and secure device environment.

6.1.3. Comply with this Agreement and all applicable laws governing digital and electronic currency transactions.

6.1.4. Report technical issues or incomplete transactions to the Service within 30 calendar days.

6.1.5. Maintain account security and promptly report unauthorized activity.

6.1.6. Bear full responsibility for the accuracy of submitted data; errors are the User’s sole risk.

6.1.7. Handle their own tax obligations under applicable jurisdiction laws. The Service is not a tax agent.

6.1.8. Confirm that they are not a U.S. citizen or tax resident.

6.2. Service Liability

6.2.1. The Service’s liability is limited to the amount transferred in a given transaction.

6.2.2. The Service is not liable for technical issues beyond its control, including hosting outages, internet disruptions, and payment system failures.

6.2.3. The Service only provides currency exchange services and prohibits third-party payments or usage for commercial settlements.

6.2.4. The Service is not affiliated with payment recipients and prohibits using its platform for buyer-seller or contractor relationships.

6.2.5. The Service is not liable for losses due to fraud, hacking, or third-party actions.

6.2.6. Funds received without a corresponding Request are refunded only upon written request and net of applicable fees.

6.2.7. For "crypto-to-crypto" Requests, if the exchange rate changes by 3% or more, the Service may cancel or recalculate the transaction.

6.2.8. All transaction records are stored and serve as primary evidence in disputes.

6.2.9. The parties are exempt from liability for force majeure events, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, internet failures, legislative changes, government actions, or service blocks.

6.3. Service Rights

6.3.1. The Service may unilaterally amend this Agreement. The updated version is effective upon publication unless otherwise stated.

6.3.2. The Service may refuse a Request without explanation.

6.3.3. In case of suspicious or fraudulent activity, the Service may suspend Requests for investigation.

7. Dispute Resolution

7.1. All disputes and disagreements arising under this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiation between the Parties.

8. Final Provisions

8.1. The latest version of the Agreement is published on the Service website and becomes effective upon posting unless otherwise specified.
